Training for 2-6 players

This class offers an intense, targeted approach to training for groups of 2-6 people . The Small Group Sessions are based on cutting edge drills and training systems used by the most elite athletes and trainers.
Train for 3 on 3 tournaments or boost your skills to make the starting lineup next season. Whatever your goals, this training will help get you there.

VI Phase Training System

The Helpside Hoops VI Phase Training System is a comprehensive program designed to create elite athletes. Players of all levels will focus on areas more suited to their personal goals. Coach Keith will discuss what targets are in keeping with your current level and your future aspirations.

Phase I

Player Assessment

At the outset of your course, the coach will assess your abilities and discuss your goals with you. Together, you will create a plan with targeted training areas, time frames and methods.

Phase II

Fundamentals

Here the coach will work you through the fundamentals of offense, defense and the footwork involved in the game of basketball.

Phase III

Conditioning

In order to play basketball at an elite level, your fitness must also be at an elite level. The coach will work with you to build a fitness program to get you there.

Phase IV

Skills Training

Moving on from the fundamentals of the game into more advanced moves and drills to target game-specific skills.

Phase V

Advanced Theory

Off-court training including video analysis and theoretical instruction. Situational drills to improve decision making skills and reaction times.

Phase VI

Evaluation

A comprehensive assessment of goal achievement, new targets and next steps. Re-assess. Re-evaluate. Re-launch.
